This big flavoursome Shiraz was sourced from low yielding old vines,
that are hand pruned and hand harvested, and grown with out the use
of pesticides or manufactured fertilizers. Made in the traditional way using open fermenters and basket pressed, matured in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

An intense, deep red, full bodied wine with a purple hue is richly textured
and savoury with damson plum fruit, smoky coffee, chocolate oak and
