Grapes are grown naturally.

Made from low yielding 50-year-old vines picked at optimum ripeness. Minimal watering is also practised.

The vines are grown amongst natural occurring grasses that are mown to create an eco system that encourages earthworms that intern aerate and fertilizer the soil.

We maintain the traditional farming practices of hand pruning,
hand picking and no fertilizers or pesticides being used.
